In every project, we deliver a step-by-step progress report. We are available around-the-clock by phone, text, email, and of course in person. The “one direct contract persons” are always available to our customers for any questions.
Our goal is to guarantee that only highly trustworthy, cost-effective work is available to our clients. We are aware that shoddy restoration techniques might jeopardize a structure’s stability and eventually cause it to fall apart.
Excelon works closely with experts in landmark preservation on each project to prevent this from happening. Our headquarters are in Brooklyn, New York, and we also provide service to Dambo, Brown Heights, Crown Heights, and Cobble Hill. We recently added Chelsea, Harlem, Riverside, the Bronx, and Queens to our list of service areas.
